Plain truth first: we're a disputes firm. As a commercial litigation law firm, we act in arbitration, court litigation and enforcement, across ten High Courts and three cities, Delhi, Dehradun and Hyderabad. The chamber runs as a team of ten to eighteen lawyers, led by a founder who still runs the matters himself rather than signing off from a distance.

The disputes cover a fair range. Shareholder and contractual fights, recovery and enforcement, project and infrastructure disputes, and the commercial arbitrations that sit underneath a lot of them. Some are urgent and short. Others run for years across forums. What ties them together is that they're contested, the other side is pushing back, and the result turns on how well the facts and the law are handled from the first move.

Commercial dispute resolution is rarely clean. A case can turn on a single document, one date, or how an early notice was worded. So we don't start at the beginning and hope it goes well. We work out where the matter is likely to end, and build the strategy back from there, whether that's a domestic arbitration, an international commercial arbitration, or a fight through the courts. Then we keep that reading current as the facts move, because they always do.

Our corporate advisory services aren't written from a textbook. They come from years spent watching commercial relationships break and land in front of a tribunal. So when we advise on an agreement, an obligation, or the risk sitting inside a transaction, it's with a clear view of how the same words read when they go wrong and someone is holding you to them. That tends to be the part clients most want a straight answer on.

Divyam Agarwal leads client matters personally, from the first conversation to the final arguments. There's no handing you down a chain to someone you've never met. The person who hears the facts on day one is the same one making the call when something turns at a hearing, which is exactly when judgment matters most.

Litigation and arbitration in India take time, and the honest answer to how long something will take is usually longer than anyone wants to hear. We'd rather give you the real path, the cost at each stage, and the point where a sensible settlement might serve you better than a hard-fought win, than promise an outcome that no lawyer is actually in a position to guarantee. You can plan around candour. You can't plan around a sales pitch.
